We just keep Learning

ESG had some lessons for us

Run from any O&G share that has more than one of these characteristics

1. If a politician is on the Board
2. If MOUs proliferate but dont transform into GSAa
3. If Incentives are linked to Reserves/Resources Not GSAa
4. If management get too much of the Incentives (like 6M shares at 15cps) that makes them too "Sleepy" and subject to an Easy Roll-Over the moment a Predator sniffs
5. If Pie in the Eye schemes (like LNGN) are touted shamelesssy as being "Doable"
6. If management say they are going to do something but never do what they said
7. If management treat shareholders like "Mushrooms"
8. If management refer to the past (like the gasrush of 2008/09) and say that the past will Repeat
