Take aways, page-3

Nothing has been burnt into my brain more then buying into SGH. I never imagined lawyers that charge staggering fees to give others advice could run this business so poorly. More then that IMO management was dishonest to those they asked to trust them. Those like me who did support management were thrown under the bus. It seems like those who are responsible will not face any justice for the terrible damage they have done to thousands of people who beleived them and they betrayed.

My take away; don't think because management personally own a big stake in a company that they have any idea what they are doing to protect it. I now beleive if there's serious business problems management with a large stake is less inclined to be truthful to shareholders.
