    Too late for the "speaking" observation. I think Scomo, Payne, Dutton, Pazzullo and the ex-General have been 'shouting' and using the big stick dogmatically. The are dialling up the rhetoric which is their right to do so but there are consequences. These are all the built up to the 2nd phase of the offensive initiative (Covid unilateral investigation with WMD powers) and I suspect the Chinese are just waiting for the DP lease to be torn up. I've been reading that even though it is a commercial contract, the only drawback is a $ compensation but within our rights to do so from the passing of hat KEY legislation. Another story suggest Landbridge is making a net loss from the operations so there could be more to these speculations.

    There are too many daily new bites daily to suggest the lease will be torn up. We have decoupled. This may offer a good perspective on the current situation.
