Any stock can do that but good news in an area of growth where a company is about to or shortly about launch products after lots of research tests etc is by far better in my opinion, those who chart like i do i find this stock cant be worked out on a chart as they are in development stages and over hte last 3 years the stock has been pretty static due to this research etc so now the good new is out its time for the company to really move forward with there obvious well tried and tested products.
