If you think that there weren't 4 or 5 other companies that knew about PSA and its mystery company's (company x!!!) plans with a week of starting the process, then you don't much about the US oil and gas business!!!
Those LA boys may look dumb and talk a little funny, but bet your bottom dollar, everyone within 50 miles of the 'new' wells knew something was going on.
Probably the only one who don't know are the PSA shareholders. The permits have to filed and once done, the cat is out of the bag.
Again there is no reason for PSA not to tell us the status of the program if it had been delayed.
I would feel better about my holding of PSA if I knew that the BOD and management (Yeah I know they are the same, but let's just pretend that there are independent directors looking out for us shareholders - ha.) was working for me and not AGAINST me.
