Very well put TT, perfect summation. IMO there is no way that NIDO will go under as a result of Gindara. But, instead of "weeks and months," I consider that the company is obliged to come out with some guidance ASAP to prevent the trading circus that has been created.
In fact, while the DT's and some unnamed posters are having a picnic, like ravaging hyneas over the carcass of a springbok, they should in fact call a TH until they are able to provide that guidance.
Their "communication" certainly leaves VERY much to be desired and shows a complete lack of consideration to their loyal shareholders. (It will be remembered!!!)
