    For those who dont accept you will be forced to or just sell now IMHO. The board has strongly recomended holders to accept. Why wouldnt anyone take the offer. Atlas is going to be huge and worth more than GIR. The 80% will get wrapped up tomorrow or Thur and the 90% will be swallowed up on Fri. Its a no brainer - if you want to make more money take the deal and sit back and enjoy the AGO ride.
