Some significant shorting still going on making KAR the most heavily shorted ASX Oil stock by a factor of 3 times. Not a great risk reward ratio as KAR has has the fewest number of shares issued of any ASX oil company's, meaning that if news is good from Board of Petrobras this week, and KAR lands a 100% of Bauna then by my calcuation it would be the sixth largest producer on the ASX. and the shorts may give the share price "a giant leap for mankind" like happended in 2009 (see below). IPO at 14 cents then hits a high over $11.29 in 2009 within 5 years.
