arya, considering you already have a active Commsec trading account, what I would do is to open a commsec International account, & have your WUC ex BLR shares transferred over into the Commsec International, then you will be free to Buy & Sell, in your case sell your holdings.
Best to contact Commsec once your Com International account is active.
I read somewhere that the cost of transfer is approximately $58 ( but would need to confirm )
