I hope Mr Carter, and that puppet Baxter, have taken note of what just happened to Chair of Qantas after she promoted a failed attempt by a 3rd party to rip off her shareholders.

Dixon only survived at Qantas because of a magnificent record of driving the business and shareholder value. Baxter has no such record at CSM (or anywhere else for that matter). He needs to go after Pallinghurst bid is formally buried.
