agreed on the resource, DMM should have about that if not more. also remember with the current railway already in place, it fast tracks poduction time.

Capex is ofcourse a major issue. even if its $2bil to develop and upgrade, funding has to be sought. There is still alot of work to do. i almost dont want this to explode until i get more.
