    After years in the doldrums - finally nice movement
    over the past 1month.
    With a US$100 m loan from Stan/Chart in Singapore - the purchase of the ElPaso share of Sengang and the new Power station in the Pfillipines - on a trading multiple it is cheap.
    Steve50 has a 60cent price target.
    I will be happy with 30c.

    Please note this company has in the past failed to deliver. So dyor and check with a decent advisor.

    Qtly should be out today.
