What about from 2008 when the QAN CEO (best in the world according to QAN Chairman) was appointed, less the impact of multi $Bn's and multitude of other taxpayer funded concessions, and while at it, adjust upwards by the same factor the aggregate remuneration (ie all forms) to the QAN CEO. Seems reasonable.
