4) Maybe the other Directors are saying to themselves, to let him go like the dog with his dummy bone. He chews on it all day long, and what did he achieve by night fall, after all that chewing??. Very little. The bone is still there all intact.

I nearly fall of the chair with this post. It is so funny.
On a serious note, it is possible that Angus was isolated and grumpy. So he tells himself I will buy more shares and say to the other directors, take that I am the biggest shareholders now, you had better listen to me. In my opinion accountants do act that way when they feel threatened. I hope that the directors can work out among themselves. This is my guess. It is only a maybe, who knows perhaps Angus just got an inheritance.
