We have been working really hard since Jan 2014 to farmout Dempsey and have no other strategy in place to progress the company.
We still believe that a potential farmin partner wll be found in the dynamic North Korea or Syria gas sectors as these are the only two countries we have not yet presented too.
The good news for us is that the shareholders of SGC allowed the board of SGC to reset our way out of the money expiring options to a much lower exercise price for a much longer period.
