The bottom line is that at the end of this month, management will presumably confirm that URL has a 50,000 tonne p.a. project. This project will take a couple of years to bring on line, but being in Australia (rather than third world countries such as Laos - see PNA etc.), URL will have a lot more debt financing support and therefore the equity raising will be a smaller affair, hence less existing shareholder dilution.

Whether the share price goes up now or later to reflect the future cash flow and dividend stream that the Roseby project will yield (inoring all other upsides from other discoveries such as uranium etc.), this stock should be producing hundreds of millions in free cash flow in 2 - 3 years time.

I'm looking forward to making a lot of money..
