I think the 3c dividend comes off the offer price so it will really be $1.17.

Now where do I sign.

Its a very generous offer. Almost a 70% premium.

I don't care about 2 years from now or PE's. These are tough times and better value elsewhere then sitting around waiting for this company to turn around.

I want out, I am definitely in favour of this offer.
