Well well well, now this might explain why the bots were trying hard to force the price down over the past month. If you look at the trades the bots continually sold small amounts forcing SP down. I wonder who the offer is from, we got very few details from the announcement. I guess will all come out in good time

From the reading, the 3c divvie is seperate from the 1.20 takeover offer so all in all as has already been said, i am happy to take my 1.23 in this market and cut and run to some other stocks.

My initial thought on what management will say is that its extremely opportunistic and not a fair representation of future potential for CSG. In a better market i probably would agree but for now i guess they will be getting independant evaluation and can use this to hopefully negotiate an even better price.

Just my 2 cents worth. But all in all i am finally happy a catalyst to turn this SP around has occured
