My take........
I think this game of chess is in it's very early stages.
Stealth is a word that comes to my mind.
So now Derby has morphed into 37.5% to OBL.......37.5% to Backreef oil and 25% to uncle Geoffrey Albers under this proposal.
No mention of BRU I see.
I suspect this is only the opening salvo in this battle.
Stay tuned.......this is about to get very interesting. LOL
