I would think there is a lot more going on then we see on the surface.

Note in the last ann that OBL quoted costs incurred on the JV with Backreef oil.

I'm sure you are aware that the issue OBL has is with Backreef oil........nothing to do with BRU.

I would think that when it comes to legal matters it will be between OBL and Backreef oil.

Ultimately could it be that OBL offer Backreef oil a figure for their 37.5% share minus costs incurred on behalf of the joint venture in Derby.
