    I see from the latest Hot Copper thread for COK that there is discussion about how Cockatoo Coal has seemingly avoided its Take or Pay obligations in exchange for a payment of only some $30 million. Does anyone know whether BND may have the same option or is it obligated to pay the $100's of Millions otherwise due?
