if ctp has come this far without a major farm-in partner or contributions, i rekon JH should just plough along and make a discovery. In the event he does find OIL or GAS, then by rights CTP will have 100% profits (TRUE?) . The farmin's are'nt fullfilling their obligations , hence CTP will be entitled to all revenue. JH , if you have come this far , kick the coward farminees out and maintain full control.
