My concern is the ability of CTP to put in place contractural arrangements
- they are in dispute with EVERY JV partner - this is not a good/confident look for any potential future JV partner.
- the JV with ROG seems to let ROG cherry pick which tenements they participate in & which they don't - after early drill results & before the drilling programme is complete. Sorry but with me you are either in to the end or you can clear off & not be in at all.
