    You are quite right but with such a lot of litigation I would imagine JH would also be involved more than he would like to be at this important time in CTPs evolvement. I think he is doing extremely well considering all the problems that he has been confronted with over the past 18 months and I am sure shareholders would be delighted if he can put the CTPOA in the money prior to expiry.
