    It appears so. imo

    Firstly, the Court has to determine 'if' AGS is entitled to a greater share than the 25% through the M & D Matter. imo

    Then its a Matter of where to from here for both Heathgate and AGS. imo


    A result where the entire asset is returned brings the Itochu deal into play. imo

    Nothing will happen until after the Court Decision. imo

    Anything greater than the 25% at present justifies the Court Action.imo
