MAG’s cornerstone asset is the 4,000 tonnes per day Juanicipio Mine (44% interest), located in the world’s preeminent region for silver and operated by Fresnillo Plc (56%).
Very rough overview, 300M ounce resource, 400g/t grade, somewhat similar mineralogy to Andean ( read their presentation to take your own view) a larger production capacity but they only own 44% of the project so not that much more on a pro-rata basis than Andean are sitting on.
Overnight, they accepted a Take Over offer for their 44% holding of the project at a price of US$2.1 Billion or A$3.3 Billion.

Similar targets and value for Andean are a realistic goal IMO..
