    take over at 23c Lewis securities makes t/o at 23c. trading at 22c.

    evidently take over panel rejected Lewis original t/o, so this is plan B.

    not sure how OTL will respond - probably not favourably, but it is a good price and Lewis already has over 30%, so at 50% they can take control.

    OTL sitting on 6 mil cash and should be worth at least 20 mil in total.
