I hope the Board is cognisant of what has happened to many share prices after an approachee has been waved off. even in teh case of this company, i believe that there was an approach at 65+ cents prior to the equity raising.
Where would directors of Asciano see the approach at $4+ now and what about Transurban and Funtastic (where Archer have walked before). Many M&A acqurers have dodged a bullet by the Boards being too cute. I say give them a look and lets see where we get to.
I hope the Board is cognisant of what has happened to many share...
