Everyone has a reason to hold or sell / I am considering accepting Emeralds bid to sell 45% at 23c and hold the remaining balance of 55%. It's a 7c per share increase on the current SP.

Unless the GLI share price suddenly turns around & heads north to a level around 25c, I would rather lock away the safety net of a guarenteed 23c than to see the shares hovering at the current 15-16c level with the uncertainty of not recovering (especially with the latest US stock market roller coaster jitters.
