Thought they would've learned their lesson around approvals - not a hard concept - if it isn't signed, it isn't approved. I don't want directors who write/think like that responsible for any decisions pertaining to my money.
Interesting buying over the last two days. Hoping it is friendly purchasing. Regardless, unless new supply comes online soon, it would be bold to be buying in the mid 4's on low volume.
