A takeover offer could also come from Galderma etc too.
However..... not sure about the price you suggest when investors are offloading QIN as fast as they can. They way it is going a takeover offer at $0.10 would be accepted!
Unless the purchaser's strategy is to get as many shares at this low level and offer a $1.50/$2.00 price to somehow avoid the class action as well as try and restablish the credibility of the brand before delisting.
I wouldn't take this punt but well done if it comes off for you.
