Every player has been in KAR's data room looking at every asset for months....they would have a very decent handle on what KAR has right now.

I do not agree with the theory they will wait til everything is proven up and they will pay overs...heard that a few times and from plenty of players so i accept that this can be or is accepted as the 'norm'

I think this case is different that simple ; KAR are feling it no doubt..... they can't gain traction...they can't gain momentum...why?

Is that because the Gas is worthless the Oil is too - it is going to take years for production etc etc etc...all these things known since for at least 2 years yet the market factored in 10 and 11 dollars over all this time.

We have a market at 5 year highs ( hint) we have more resource than we have ever had...400 million in the Bank and all that continues to happen is the SP retraces?

I don't know .....
