IMO,if CEO and major shareholders have not intention to be takenover the company,no takeover offers will come in.
Maybe class action matters can be outlined now.
IMO,there is not any willingness to be takenover and lose their honey jobs.
Fothermore they look like do not try to cut jobs and expenses aggressively in loss making finalcial advising business.
