There won't be a takeover until class actions are finalised and the market knows the settlement figure and payment date. No doubt several PE firms have a watching brief until this time. The only two valuable (?) parts of the business for PE to grow are the Bank and Platforms. My view is that PE would take it private, sell off everything - there's more value for them to sell the parts than sell the business in its current Group form and no logical buyer.
