GOR share price is being driven down to create an anchor point. If it gets down to $1 and then MB offers $2, it looks like a huge premium.I held Viralytics VLA for many years and a couple of months before a take over offer was made, the share price was driven through the floor despite great results at the time. From $1.30 to $0.68 at its lowest. When Merck made their offer of $1.75 it looked relatively great. “Under terms of the agreement, Merck will pay $394 million for Viralytics, which represents a 160 percent premium to the weighted average price of Viralytics common shares over the past month”
What is currently happening to GOR share price smells and feels the same, I suspect we are being plucked for the pot.
