Unfortunately have seen it before with a previous company I have held.

Company sold asset for millions of $, had massive exploration budgets going forward(years) in blue sky region, no dilution to existing shareholders had millions in bank to pay shareholders a dividend/s.

In fact exploration was so good had many tens of metres of high grade material maybe even hundred plus metres in fact massive bonanza grades of sulfides (copper, gold, silver, zinc etc etc).

What happened????

-share price did not move, infact went down.
-no matter how good the exploration or announcements, price kept going down, could not work out why???
-major shareholder then announced (sold out) due to financial reasons. (Is this is sounding very familiar???).
-sharks, vultures then achieved 19.9% and moved to take over company in full for big value discount and the potential future value returns.

What I learnt was no matter how good great story, how much great ground or exploration in pipeline, cash in bank opportunistic predators may crash the party.

JMT I still believe the company has opportunity to protect its and the shareholders value hence spending some $ to put a floor on the intrinsic value as protection is well worth some consideration and discussion.

Agent86 JMT anything is possible but in a space where deep pockets rule, I think you need a counter strategy as insurance, to protect the value GoR and asset value that Gor have built.

Again IMO I hope I am wrong but something smells not right here now,

I think the board has an opportunity to stop the rot/games going on here in recent time and to stop any sharks pushing it to takeover target territory, we are there already IMO.
