Brokers valued FAR at over 30 cents many months ago post-discoveries. Its way less than FAR will be worth if we have success in further exploration and appraisal.
HDR hit its peak around when production started and further exploration drilling looked good. Then the flow rates fell away quicker than anticipated and the next exploration well wasn't so impressive and if I remember right it fell all the way down towards $1. Happily I bought some then and within a short period the takeover offer happened. Tullow also wanted HDR for its Ugandan assets that have since turned up a heap of oil.
