I don't know how much manipulation there is. I dumped a heap when the quarterly came out and loaded up on WAF as far better managed company. Dumped a heap more yesterday and today. Simply due to less risk, better potential gains elsewhere.
Even if the company clarified where they are at with the EPA. Can we trust what they tell us? Going from their performance of the last 6 months yeah, nah!
There's not going to be any M&A or finance deals done without the permits. May as well try to make a bit of profit else where and buy back the shares sold in a month or two.
