What I found out, is that the EPA was already lodged last year, but there were minor issues, which got resolved and the new EPA got lodged in January. Maximum wait normally 6 month, but in this case, I believe it takes much less time, because it got only alternated.
Anyhow, the Ghanan Government will definitely grant that permit. This is one of Ghanas main income, royalties and taxes of Gold mining.I never heard of any mayor gold discovery in Ghana which didn't get the green light. Its only a matter of time and a few handshakes....
