They need to make it clear in the Quarterly where they are at with the EPA permits. If they bury on the bottom of page 8 as with the last Quarterly you can guarantee it isn't good news. The share price will take a hit if they don't give clear and percise details as to where they are at with EPA approval. No ones going to lay their cards on the table for funding or take over offer without EPA approval. Not even the Russians. I get the feelng management already know there's an issue with EPA approval and thats why they had to go back to Sprott for the loan they'd only paid back weeks prior.
