I saw an article the other day that not a single M & A deal for > US$1 Bill had been done since Corona virus lock down really hit. A lot of business have simply been focused on ensuring they can continue operations/transitioning staff to work from home if possible etc. That's now largely out of the way so I'd expect things to start to return to normal.
