Interesting observation in webcast that most properties have had substantil enquiries - so why submit to a takeover ? Why not just free up certain assets....and plug on with the tunraround. I don't think a t/o is on the cards - just certain assets may be sold (not necessarily just property assets - and subject to it not affecting bank covenants).

I think SP will just languish around 45-50c mark until we get some positive upbeat news - today was already factored into SP.

I have sold until SP fall to 45 or so...
