take over off but fall seems to be over done

    Discussions on the take over have ceased and the stock was sold down earlier as expected but why the sudden drop to 230-240. Sure, that is where it was before the take over was announced but that was at the bottom of the market which has since recovered. Is there any other bad news out there?
