For a company (Yanzhou Coal) who is preparing to fully take over Yancoal Aust, I am mildly surprised by todays annoucement of loss of 2,350m RMB.
Yanzhou results from 1/1/13 -30/6/13 i think from a write off of 3,260m RMB for 2nd Qof 2013.
Earnings for half are.9975RMB
Value remaining in Yanzhou Coal is 4,906.2m RMB
Does this mean the take over is over.
What is a RMB?
Coal industry is facing difficult times.
Does Yanzhou plan to off load Aust mines?
