I wonder if an initial takeover offer will be the final one. Personally, I have my doubts, given the potential advantages of being the first mover in this industry. To illustrate, consider if you were Google and had expressed interest in 4DS, but then witnessed Samsung making a takeover bid. Would you consider outbidding them? I certainly would! This should help to drive the price even higher IMHO as you could well see a bidding war develop, Very interested to hear your thoughts on this.
