    I'd be doing what the Lebanese property developers were doing to the Chinese developers a few years back.

    Snap it up with some strong early money, so grabbing even more market attention, then sit on it for a short time before auctioning it off to the circling cashed up horde.

    The Chinese (arguably) better at developing the sites, the Lebanese (again arguably) better at turning over a quick dollar. Both winners.
