    No way!!! How can he have a good go at running the company into the ground (with the stock holding write downs) and then try a take over.

    $0.325 is a joke. They were happy to sit back when it was at $0.400, that should be a good starting point.

    What to do.... Accept a take over offer that is trying it on or have Hunter Hall take control and strip the company out. Is there a third option?
