This is the market, value and difference between values.
RMS is spread over multiple mines and has competent management. Probably undervalued and a special dividend of $100million may change this also.
SPR is 1 mine, higher grades than average and still growing resources. Obviously not in production.
I think SPR is a great thing, is it worth $1.1b maybe not, will I sell NO, long term it has a mine capable of lower prices so the risks are a lot less also.
Would I spend $3 odd billion buying both, NO, I would buy beer boats and babes.
