Maybe rms dont even want spr, im starting to think it may have been a shot at wgx, we know they had been talking on a merger and im dam sure spr would have come up in those talks.
anywaythe further spr price rises rms gets free dollars, maybe even enough to get ausgold for nearly next to nothing.
how long has gor held its 20% stake in deg, near 2 years from memory.
20% holding dont equate to a t/o every time.
i bet theres quite a few asx companies with a 20% stake, that everyones forgotten about as been so long ago.
rms went thru this with giralia resources years ago, they made a packet from thier 20% stake, NOT THIER 1st RODEO.
just my opinion only.
pnr looks a better purchase in my eyes nearly 5 million ounces, new plant which is being expanded soon, and not far from edna may, a way better purchase in my eyes 100%.
