Unlikely as the marginal increase in ownership RMS can attain to 19.9% does not really give any further practical leverage for their intentions whatever they are. What it would do is put them at a disadvantage in tabling a future proposal.....it would be a high water mark of what they were willing to pay on-market and any future offer would in part need to be a reasonable percentage above that. I'm confident it's someone other than RMS. They're in a hurry and have deep enough pockets to chase the market to do so the last 3 trading days. It's not retail, it has to be corporate, but who?......
